2012 Art Fallout is on its way!

and free shuttles circulating all evening


Celebrate National Arts and Humanities Month and discover the hotbed of creativity developing in Fort Lauderdale with Art Fallout and experience a fun and social way to see what has been brewing in local studios, galleries and alternative spaces all year. Free shuttles will take visitors to each venue, parking also available at each space. Food trucks, cafes and refreshments available at each fallout site.

@ Girls’ Club, a one-day, open call art exhibition of works on paper. Art Fallout: Drawn In invites all South Florida artists to submit unframed works on paper for inclusion.  Submission form and details available at www.girlsclubcollection.org.events  A panel of prominent South Florida arts professionals will informally judge the works in the exhibition on their merits and the public is invited to give personal feedback to the artists via a system of color-coded handwritten messages.

@ 1310 Gallery in Sailboat Bend Artists Lofts, Appropriated Gender: group exhibition of diverse visual art and performance interpretations of gender perception and self-identity.

@ FAT Village, open artist studios, special exhibitions, a swarm of food trucks and new alternative spaces.

End your night @ The Green Room for a toast to downtown Fort Lauderdale's contemporary art activity.
